Everything was amazing, the room, location, surrounding options for food, but the best thing was the staff, especially Miguel! He gave me a map of Santiago with all the best places to visit and dine at, he also helped me book a taxi for 5am to go to the airport. Highly recommended this place, I will defiantely stay here again next time I visit!

Hotel is in a central location with shops and bars nearby. Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. The only negative was that the room is quite small but this is common in city centre hotels.

A beautiful, unique, boutique hotel on the edge of the action, walkable within minutes to bars, restaurants and of course the cathedral. Quiet and restful. Very friendly staff, cozy and tastefully decorated rooms, yummy breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

A cosy tiny signal room with everything available. They even got a mini fridge so I can store food from supermarket. Location is easy to assess. Glad that they have an elevator cause my legs were super tired after the Camino. My room was facing a small courtyard so I got a good sleep in a quiet environment. I was happy to see a lovely rose in my room once I arrived. Everything was perfect.
