Welcome to a spacious and bright house located in a green setting a few minutes walk from the beaches. You will be accommodated in the Sennetière district in a quiet residential area.
The house, which occupies the left wing of the residence, can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor communicating with a private bathroom.
The living-dining room opens onto a terrace with table and parasol. The cottage as a whole has an interior green space of 350 m2 which is divided into 2 by a green partition to ensure a green and flowery space for the 2 terraced houses. Pets are allowed exclusively in the main house.
