This semi-detached house of 28m² has a double bedroom (140cm bed) on a mezzanine and a sofa bed, thus accommodating up to 4 people.



It comprises an open-plan kitchen with induction hobs as well as all the necessary appliances so that you feel at home (refrigerator – freezer, microwave, small oven, filter coffee maker, DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and kettle). A lounge-dining room with TV overlooks the garden and its terrace equipped with a solar awning. A bathroom with separate WC completes the rental. A hairdryer, a washing machine, garden furniture (sun loungers and electric grill) are also at your disposal.



Enjoy the swimming pool (unheated) offered by the residence from 15 June to 15 September. You also have a private parking space.
