The Gîte de la Marconnaie, small country house just renovated, located in the countryside 1 km from the village and fenced with private parking. It can accommodate up to 8 people and 1 baby. It is located in the countryside, not overlooked, 400m from the forest of Monts and 2.5 km from the beach on foot or bike trails.
It includes 1 large spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, large table, 1 sofa, television and Wifi access. 3 bedrooms including for 2 of them 1 bed of 140 and for the 3rd bunk beds of 140 too. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 toilets and a storage room.

Outside and overlooking the marsh, 1 bowling alley, sunbeds.
From July onwards, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday

Super séjour, bien situé, très proche de Noirmoutier. Le point de vue est magnifique du Pey de la Blet, qui est accessible à pieds. La propriétaire est réactive et très serviable. Merci pour ce séjour !

Le gîte est spacieux et confortable notamment la literie. Il est idéalement situé. La propriétaire est à l'écoute et disponible. Pour résumer, un week-end parfait et un gîte que nous recommandons et que nous réserverons probablement à nouveau !
