La maison est située dans un quartier tranquille, tout prés de la plage du moulin de la Bosse (on peut y aller à pied). La maison est fonctionnelle, mais les équipements ne sont pas récents. La qualité des matelas laisse à désirer. L'état de propreté à notre arrivée était moyen, le mobilier de jardin était sale et il a fallu le nettoyer avant de pouvoir l'utiliser. Cela mis à part, le séjour dans cette maison était tout de même agréable.
