The staff here is extremely polite. The service was outstanding. Anything you wanted the staff will help you arrange. Also, the hotel was extremely clean, quiet, and relaxing. All very clean and posh. The facilities don’t keep up when the hotel is full, expect to wait for breakfast which itself is good and fresh. Neither the pool/spa nor onsen allow tattoos so unexpectedly we couldn’t use either. Restaurant is expensive and mediocre (à la carte lunch). Hotel garden is great, staff are amazing.

Aquí lo tienes corregido y fluido, manteniendo tu estilo: ⸻ This place is great. It might be on the expensive side, and there are plenty of options in Kyoto, but it was worth it. The hotel is quite big but still feels intimate. I loved the onsen, the Westin Club, and the other restaurants and bars. There are also convenience stores and a metro station on site, so it’s very handy. The staff is fantastic — thank you all. From the team at the Westin Club and the main dining room to the concierge and valet at the main entrance, thank you all! =)

This was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The complimentary shuttle from Kyoto station is great. The staff are superior, we felt very welcome and relaxed here. The rooms are spacious and clean. The amenities are great: gym, pool etc. we took a taxi on days we went sightseeing and it was inexpensive depending where you go. There is a small family mart in the basement of the hotel (limited selection). The hotel food is expensive so keep that in mind when you are planning thinking about food. Otherwise amazing hotel with top notch service.

Great location - and right next to the crazy crowded tourist areas, easily accessible to them. Staff are great. Iwamoto-san, concierge, really helped make my stay great. Gave good advice on restaurants and made reservations. There are a lot of mediocre restaurants and with her help I ate only in really good ones (not necessarily expensive!). Parking in the basement very convenient. Kyoto is one city where having a car is great. They also have a free shuttle bus. I’ll stay here again.
