Room space was pretty decent compared to other hotels, it is very clean, location is right on the corner & our room had view of the street. There is a 7 Eleven right beside the hotel, most convenient thing ever! It is walking distance to Goon District & Nishiki Market, there are many places to eat around too!

Good rooms, but far from train network. You will need to catch a bus to get to this hotel, which is unadvisable if you have too much luggage. There is a 7/11 store right next to the entrance. This was the best hotel in our Japan trip.

Check in was quick and painless. The room was much more spacious than what we experienced in Tokyo and Osaka. Room and bathroom were clean. There were 2 sets of washers and dryers total so definitely try to do your laundry during off peak hours, which would be during the day while people are out exploring. There’s a very convenient 7/11 right beside the hotel which was awesome for breakfast or late night snacks. A very small thing is that they will not automatically provide you with new toiletries if you have the “do not disturb” sign on your door unlike other hotels we’ve been to so far in Japan. It’s not the biggest deal but something we noticed we wish they had. Also, when they did clean our room, they had moved some of our things around and were perhaps a bit rough cleaning the room it looked like. Again, not the biggest deal, overall still a very enjoyable stay and would come back again.

Room was good condition. The fridge didn't work however and also seemed like they changed towels but not make bed? The check in computer is very annoying. Do the pre check in to avoid using this as much as possible. The staff were all polite and nice. The location is good for tourists.
