Staff was great , room was very clean , laundry room available. Air conditioning and heat total disaster as they didn’t translate the instruction to English. The concept of eating right in front of reception didn’t resonate with me. I felt like I was being observed if I handle eating with chopsticks well. I stayed here for 2 nights to visit my friends in Osaka and Kobe. The room was clean and quiet! The location was not too bad 10 mins to JR Nijo station and 5 mins to Metro Nijo-jō station. The only complaint that I have is the location of the TV that I can not watch from the 2nd bed. Also it would be nice if there is some bath salts to relax Overall, the price is reasonable!
