It was exactly what my wife and I were looking for in the Ryokan experience. The in-room onsen, private onsen, and communal onsens were excellent. A MUST STAY! As soon as you arrive, you are treated like royalty. The staff are truly incredible, and speak good English. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The private outdoor onsen was very relaxing ($35ish for 45 mins), the bed was comfy and the breakfast nice and fresh. I opted for the Kaiseki dinner and although very fresh and overall nice, it was quite pricey and I’m actually not a huge seafood lover so if you aren’t, I wouldn’t recommend. I loved my one night stay - I wish I had stayed another night! 100/10!
