This place was incredible. Perfect location, the rooms were so so cute. Plenty of room for our family of six, and offered so many perks. This was such a spacious hotel room in a great area and was extremely affordable. The room was always a little warm during my stay, but the weather was cold outside, so that was better than the room being too cold. I hope a room is available next time I'm in Kyoto as I would absolutely stay here again. And a huge bonus for having in-room laundry!

The kitchen has a microwave and fridge. It is not equipped for cooking but good enough for preparing simple meals. The private laundry machine is very helpful. The property is nice and clean, but the room is small. It is more like an apartment building.
