Great service. I came at 12:35 AM in the morning due to bullet train issues but the worker there answered the phone when I called and reassured me that is was okay. The worker was there when I arrived and was very accommodating even at 1 in the morning! So awesome. I roomed with 3 people and it was plenty of room and the showers feel great. Thank you M's Hotel!
