The staff members were very friendly and helpful. They also communicated great in English. This hotel is super clean and peaceful, beautiful! Our room was spacious, clean and great amenities. The hotel is in a great neighborhood location, walkable to tourist sites and train stations. The room was quite large, clean, and spacious, the front desk was really helpful with answering questions and providing guidance. It was great having an on site laundry at the hotel where we washed our clothes in the evening.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with calling restaurants to make advance reservations and arranging taxi bookings.
