The market is a 3-minute walk, plenty of good dining options and souvenirs. We loved the Ryokan experience, this was a huge room compared to our Tokyo's hotel room. The Japanese tea experience in room, and then the Japanese breakfast were outstanding. Great experience.

It was a very unique stay in a ryokan and onsen, the staff was very helpful and welcoming , and welcomed us with a tea ceremony in our room and gave us traditional japanese robe.

Charming stay in a great location

We loved our stay in this charming ryokan. Great location and only a block from Nishiki market. The service was friendly and helpful and they were very welcoming of our two small children. We had a lot of fun trying the traditional Japanese futons, baths and amazing breakfast.

It was a great experience to stay in a traditional inn. And we loved the traditional breakfast. The public bath was very clean and relaxing after a long day seeing the sights. It was fantastic to experience a more traditional Japanese style accommodation. The futon beds were really comfortable. Trying the Japanese breakfast was well worth it and the fried tofu in miso was delicious. It is great to find accommodation who goes above and beyond to be sustainable.
