We had a lovely stay, staff were excellent, building looked a bit dated. The shuttle service to the train station would have been better nearer the Kyoto station rather than a half way service.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotel offers free shuttle from and to hotel to train station every 20 minutes which makes it extremely convenient for public transportation. Our room has 3 beds and it is a good room size. They also offer two breakfast options: Japanese breakfast meal set of American breakfast buffet. I personally don’t think it is the best breakfast either option but if you like not to worry about looking for breakfast places, it is the way to go. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Kyoto.

This is a large conference center style hotel in a quiet residential area. It felt good value, clean and comfortable. Its a 15min walk to the subway so it isn't the best location for getting around Kyoto, but we actually enjoyed the peace and quiet and the hotel was perfect for our needs.

Great property. Very cooperative staff. There are lot of good dining options and restaurants in the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and nice. Great ambiance. Walkable distance to transportation options. Great place to stay if you are in Kyoto!
