The rooms reminded me of a dorm room. They are tiny. The bathroom was not the cleanest. The laundry area was full of dust too. That being said the hotel is a great price and within 15 mins of everything by public transportation. The laundry machines connects to an app making it really easy to get your laundry done. We rarely saw any staff in the building and we got out check-in information via email.

Clean property in a beautiful neighborhood! Property is unstaffed much of the day, which was never a problem but could be a challenge if you need something from the front desk. Building was quiet and comfortable. Of our trip to Japan of the 4 hotels we stayed in this was the most affordable and our favourite!

We chose this property as it had the extra living space we felt would be nice for our 1 year old. I wish I stayed else where. It was filthy. Mold on the shower curtaina and tiles, giant piles of dust on around the floor edges, trash by the stairs, and more. I sent pictures to the hotel lobby (which is offsite/think hostel but multiple locations) and gave permission for them to come in and clean and repair the piece of metal that was sticking up in the middle of the floor that was sharp. They changed the shower curtain to another moldy curtain and nothing further was done. The piece of metal was a safety concern for my daughter and staff acknowledged that it was unsafe and they would take care of it properly and did not. I requested a partial refund upon check out. They acknowledge they would let me know but it could take a couple days to hear back. Its been over a week and I have reached out twice. I don't recomend.

For the price, this hotel is doable. However, the unmanned front lobby looks more like a storage area than a lobby. Receiving directions on how to gain entry to the building is awkward. It wouldn’t take much to make the lobby more inviting.
