Staff were lovely, quick check in, water and tea and coffee in reception were handy when you came back after a long day, rooms were small but perfectly fine, they do classes like calligraphy and origami for free and biscuits in the afternoon for free, it was in a great area, roughly a mile to the station. I would happily stay here again

Love the room, the staff was so nice gave us recommendation for dinning shopping etc. check in was smooth and easy When I wanted to send my luggage ahead of time they were able to help fill out the form with the information I provided. Great that they had dinning available. The hotel was close to shopping and tourist attractions. Recommend this hotel to anyone that visits.

Wonderful place to stay in Kyoto.

Great breakfast, great rooms with comfortable rooms, very nice aircon, and amenities. Staff is extremely friendly, and helpful. Loved my stay there. In evenings they offer free sake which is a pelasant bonus! Location is very cental.

I loved this hotel! The location was perfect and in a walking distance from many sightseeing places. It was very clean too. Only the rooms were unbelieably small. For 1 person it would not be a problem, but for 2 people opening the luggage could be an issue. Despite this, I loved staying here.
