Stayed here with my family of 4 for 5 nights in 2 twin rooms. The hotel is clean and staff are professional. The communal dining area was handy as we used it to gather for eating our snacks picked up from nearby convenience store. Hotel is located on the quieter side of Kyoto station/skytower but is central- only a 5 min walk to Kyoto station, bus stop to Kiyomizu-dera temple/Gion area and the new teamlabs biovortex.

This place is VERY clean, pleasant and convenient. Near Kyoto station but not so close that you notice when you’re at or outside the hotel. Beds were comfortable. Staff were nice. Laundry room was helpful but expensive - but worth it for the convenience. I thought I wouldn’t get a machine as there are only 3 but I did (on a rainy Sunday midday). Dryer isn’t great for heavier items like hoodies or jeans but we hung stuff in our room and it did dry. I liked the coffee for 100 yen, self serve in the huge lobby with tonnes of seating. A good place to eat breakfast or plan your day or get some space. Would return for sure.

Very clean and comfortable room close to Kyoto station. We felt that the room was a pretty good size compared to some other hotels in Japan, and found that the bathroom and room were very clean. Being close to Kyoto station was convenient for taking trains to and from the city. We also appreciated the coin laundry machines in the building. One thing I would note about the area is that there are limited breakfast options, but plenty of food options for the rest of the day. We would look to stay here again.

The staffs are friendly, room is actually not that small as i thought. Clean room and only 5 mins walk to Kyoto Station. There are 3 washing machine but always occupied. If you want to wash, gotta wake up early in the morning to use it. 2 hrs is standard time for wash and dry.

It's a hotel room so it's small, the cleaning staff was absolutely amazing, they found my daughter's missing toy in the bedding. The front staff helped arrange our luggage service and it was cost effective. The location is amazing, so much to do within walkable distances and the train station is so convenient. Kyoto was my fav part of the time. We travelled with 2 year old and wish we booked the bigger room but we were out and about everyday. There is laundry and dryer in the main floor and your clothes will smell like the hotel linen but does take a while. This is good for short stay since you'd want kitchen and insuite laundry for longer stays with kids.

This was my first time visiting Kyoto, and I highly recommend this hotel! The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious, and all the facilities were new and very clean. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the kettle, hairdryer, and shower were all great. The hotel staff were always willing to help with any questions or requests. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kyoto!
