This was my first time visiting Kyoto, and I highly recommend this hotel! The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious, and all the facilities were new and very clean. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the kettle, hairdryer, and shower were all great. The hotel staff were always willing to help with any questions or requests. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kyoto!

Very good hotel & staff, before I went knew it was small room. 4 days pushing it as part of International trip with loads of luggage. Location excellent. Kyoto wonderful. Only probs Tokyo & Kyoto stations awful. signage, staff give directions but omit floor details. Some probs moving metro to tram station, but when on trains metro very good

Great hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Short walk from main train station. Pretty walkable for most attractions. Lawson's across the street and 7-11 a block down. Mutiple restaurants within eye shot.

What a greattt hotel ! Customer service is amazing ( shout out to Nicol) ! 7 min walking distance away from Kyoto station which is very convenient! Also few steps away from bus stops as well. You get two water bottles every day, room is very clean and more spacious than Tokyo hotels ! I highly recommend. Excellent price for the quality you get.
