Checked in easily at the restaurant downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom was a good size for 4 adults and well equipped. Loved the record player and vinyls - nice touch! In a quiet residential area near buses and a subway

Incredibly comfortable place to stay!

We loved our stay here. The beds were large and very comfortable, the bathroom was also good sized with a fantastic shower. Everything tasteful and spotless. The staff was very flexible for us arriving later and departing earlier than typical front desk hours. They were very responsive and kind. We were sad to leave. The gyoza restaurant downstairs was also very good and a perfect pick-me-up after a long day. It is a decent walk (9m) to the trains but close to some bus lines. We weren’t bothered much by the distance. The spa/sauna situation was a little confusing - we thought there might be some discount or opportunity for us specifically staying there but we ended up not having time to have used it anyways and didn’t get the full understanding. Overall would love to stay here again!

NY style loft, very spacious Excellent service and accommodation Room service was delivery from restaurant downstairs Food and staff were great and even helped take our luggage up and down stairs. No elevator

I had a lovely stay in one of the double rooms which is very spacious for Japanese hotels. I loved the the design of the room as well as its amenities - especially the en-suite bathroom! It’s located in a quite side street and the downstairs gyoza restaurant was outstanding! Would highly recommend staying at hotel inc when in Tokyo!

Väldigt vacker design i rummen. Bra med en restaurang på bottenplan, lite svårt att veta att man skulle in i restaurangen men det löste sig när vi förstod det. Trist att vi tyvärr var helt utan varmvatten och inte kunde nyttja badkaret exempelvis… hade det inte varit för avsaknad av varmvatten hade vi givit högre betyg, jättefint verkligen!

입구를 찾기 어려웠고 아래층에 음식점과 함께 운영되는 숙소여서 사진을 통해 예상한 것과는 달라 놀랐습니다. 하지만 공간활용과 어메니티, 서비스 모두가 좋았어요. 아래층에서 운영하는 음식점도 좋았고요! 위치도 교토 중심가와 가까이 있으면서도 조용한 동네라 좋았습니다👍
