Best hotel in Kyoto. Exceptional staff and personalized high level service. During our kid sickness hotel arranged free transportation and translator staff for us in hospital. They provided us with many free amenities and complimentary breakfast. This hotel has beautiful garden and amazing tea house, one of best in Kyoto and this garden itself is place where you can spend all day enjoying in beautiful environment. We have stayed in many Four Seasons Hotels before, Kyoto is one of the best two in overall experience, together with Bora Bora. The service here is by far the best! Looking forward to going back soon!
