The breakfast was excellent and delicious. There were many varieties and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The laundry facilities were very good. I did not have to wait. The hotel was full of people but the room and hallways were very quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with great rooms. We got our rooms at a great price too. There’s a convenience store across the street and there are bus stations on every corner of the intersection where the hotel is - very convenient! Most food places are about a 10 minute walk towards Shin-Omiya station. Overall would consider coming back to this location!

We found this hotel to be quite nice with a fairly spacious room for 2 people compared to some other hotels in Japan. The cleanliness could have been a bit better. Location was decent, but a bus was needed to get to most places. Staff were helpful and friendly.
