We were only there for several hours prior to our flight. What was advertised as pool access room was door that opened directly onto pool area. No chance of sleeping as pool was full of noisy people and kids shouting and talking and drinking. Getting suitcases to these rooms is difficult as there are steps down. Staff were quite helpful though. The hotel is not as close to the airport as advertised. The shuttle was overloaded with people and luggage in my opinion. Fortunately we stood back and were transported separately in a smaller vehicle

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night because we had an early flight. It is very close to the airport. Dinner at the hotel was terrible. We will not stay here again.

Enjoyed only one night. Pool could have a few more lounges and a sign saying that lounges should be vacated if not being used. I spent the whole afternoon I had sitting on my towel by the pool bc some guests hogged lounges leaving belongings on them, but weren’t even around the pool!

I loved the sustainability aspects throughout the hotel. Growing hydroponic lettuce, collecting used clothing items to recycle. Theres even a small gym and of course, a gorgeous pool.

The landscaping inside of the property unit was very scenic and nice. My stay was short so I did not have that much time to undertand the range of offerings avaiable through HARRIS but for what I did experience: the wrokout room had basic workout equipment so I was able to get some kind of a workout. The pool seemed nice (unsure of the water temp because I did not get in). Dining in the restaurant at night a a couple of challenges due to mosquitos. In my room, the faucet and shoer water never got lukewarm or hot, cold was the best temperature I had...again my stay was short so I was unwilling to complain. There weren't very many stations to fill water bottles, so I am unsure of the locations on the property of where any other water stations would be. There was one right outside of my room on the second floor and one in the exercise room, but that was all. The staff was wonderful and I had a very pleasant experience!

Convenient location, just near airport and with free transfers from the airport. It’s a very basic hotel but perfect if you are only staying a couple of days or need a nights accommodation before transferring to your next destination. 2nd time we’ve stayed here, staff are always very friendly.
