The staff are amazing, friendly easy to talk to & helpful if needed. The shower had lovely hot water & an added bonus a beautiful bath 😍 Location is close to great places to eat and plenty of shops with a short walk to Garlic Lane.

The pool rooms are much better than room on other floors. The only problem I had was bathroom was old and not cleaned as I would expect a hotel to keep it but beds , aircon were fantastic!! Staff were extremely helpful and hotel massage was affordable and amazing. GREAT location to get to everything. Would stay again.
