Amazed that people can still smoke in a family hotel in the indoor club lounge . Despite signage up saying no smoking it was clearly not adhered to by guests when complained the waiters and waitresses just smiled and did not know what to say as if this was normal practise for guests to smoke in a hotel in Bali.

Loved everything about this place ,the energy, the music, the massive pool, and the unbeatable location right by the beach. The staff were super friendly, the room was spotless and stylish, and breakfast was incredible every morning. Perfect mix of fun and relaxation. We’ll definitely be back! Plus the rooms go pitch black for a decent sleep in.

We had an amazing time at Hard Rock Hotel and would definitely stay there again. Very family friendly with lots to do, beautiful, friendly and helpful staff. The pool is incredible! Very close to Waterbom (we walked there) and lots of shopping nearby. Best holiday ever 😊
