We loved our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali. From the moment we arrived, the front door staff, concierge, security, and bell staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The cleaning staff provided excellent service and maintained very high standards throughout our stay. Our garden room was well equipped, clean, and spacious, with excellent air conditioning, making it very comfortable to relax in. We also found the Discova third-party tour operator located at the hotel to be very informative and helpful. They planned our trips well, and everything ran exactly as expected. The only minor drawback, and no fault of the hotel, is the heavy traffic around the hotel in the afternoons. A 20-minute walk can take up to an hour and a half by car, so walking is often the better option. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding staff and great accommodation. We would happily return.

Great layout and shower facilities in Hard Rock Hotel. Food was delicious and service was fantastic. Especially love the free family portrait session that gave us options to purchase photos that we like without feeling obligated to. Definitely coming back again!

For the price we have paid, very overpriced, dirty pool with hairs( daily in pool!), plasters etc not cleaned well at all. Food at pool Area sat for 10 min one day before being acknowledged, for 4 basic meals and 4 drinks cost 910,000 ridiculous especially when the quality of food was so bad! I will never stay here again and will most definitely return to our previous hotels that cost less but better service, food and cleaner. It’s a shame as we stay here 12 days and cost so much and the lack of attention is evident, just another big chain who charges a lot for terrible quality.

Overall it was a fantastic 5 days stay in the family suite. Every staff makes you feel like million dollars. From room operator to house keeper. Just one thing though, I left my belogings in the room before I flew back home and they were exceptional to have message me to ask if I needed to ship the items back to me. I have responded but there has been no response ever since.
