Our stay is above expectations. Room size is good. Beds are comfortable. Location is good, with easy access to local tram and walking distance to Kumamoto Castle. Very close to Ginza shopping arcade. Breakfast was very good as well. Will definitely stay here again.

This is the Sotetsu Inn you should choose when visiting Kumamoto. Note that it is bigger than the typical Sotetsu inns in the Tokyo area so you get a more spacious quiet and comfortable room. Location is perfect as you are right next to the shopping arcade.

Itโ€™s a one minute walk round the corner from a huge covered shopping arcade. Lots of food options. The whole check in and check out process was easy. The staff helpfully kept our luggage when we arrived in the morning. The room was very well designed with everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was nice, a mix of Japanese and western breakfast. They included some local dishes which was a nice touch.
