This was our favorite apartment accomodation in Japan. Very comfortable and enough space for 2 and in a great location. We could walk to the station and to the city center and castle. The small kitchen was fine for making a small breakfast and coffee. And we really appreciated the wash machine and drying rack! Check in worked exactly as described. Highly recommended!

Pleasant apartment in great location

The flat is more spacious than I expected and we appreciated the washer and balcony equipped for drying clothes. The kitchen area is very small so it was hard to cook. The futons were very comfortable on the mezzanine level and, although the fan helped, it was very hot during the summer to sleep as the a/c does not reach that high. Location was excellent for exploring Kumamoto

Overall good stay for 2 nights

The host was responsive And helpful! Overall it was a good stay except for some items...The room was much smaller than in the pictures. The shower head was super strong and hArd to use. The floor in the place was not the cleanest (hair and dust everywhere).

Good location with 5-8min walk from bus terminal. The unit is compact with all amenities inlcuding a small kitchen, full size fridge and washing machine. Condition of cooking utensil is excellent. Very efficient communication with the host. The only down side is that the heating is not very efficient. I stayed in a not-so-cold day (10 degrees), it still take hours to warm up the room, to an extent that i dont feel freezing, but still I need to put on my sweater to keep myself warm.

Honestly, I can't give high mark since the building is under scaffolding work when I was staying. I can't found the building easily when I arrived in the first day. And I can't say the room is clean. And also concern the security of the environment since I saw a few strangers were smoking at the G/F at the first day.

숙소 앞 주자창 비용이 저렴하여 주차 이용에 부담이 없었습니다. 복층은 생각보다 많이 더웠지만 그 외 숙소 이용 부분은 만족도가 높았습니다. 개인적으로 구마모토 시내 도보 관광 여행이 즐겁게 느껴졌는데 숙소 도움이 컷습니다. 아침 식사용으로 숙소내 끓여 먹을 수 있는 국수 셋트를 준비해 주셨습니다. 감사합니다.

mailに連絡が来ていたが開けなく管理者の番号も使われてない番号になっており、チェックインするまでに大変な思いをした。部屋は綺麗で快適に過ごせました。ただ夜隣の方が洗濯機をまわされるとうるさかったです。

宿泊先の専用駐車場はありませんが、24時間定額パーキングが近くにあり助かりました。宿泊前のやり取りもメールで何度かさせていただきましたが、返信も早くチェックイン〜アウトまでトラブルなくスムーズに行うことが出来大変満足です。

清潔感があって街までも近く、便利でよかったです。ただベッドのスプリングがだいぶ年季が入っているのかなという感じで少し残念でした。 あとは壁が薄いようで隣の部屋の声も聞こえるので、こちらの声や音も響くんだろうなと思って気になりましたが、トータル的には満足でした。お世話になりました。
