Good

The front desk staff is lovely. We did find it a bit odd that the bar/restaurant didn’t have a menu, and breakfast offering left something to be desired. The location is a bit far off from the town promenade, but getting a taxi back in the evenings was easy enough.

Nooit meer albanie

Kregen bij aankomst te horen dat er geen ontbijt is en kregen daar maar liefst 60 euro korting voor.... Betalen zou moeten kunnen on het hotel maar geen enkele pas werd geaccepteerd. We wilden cash betalen maar dat wilde ze alleen in euro accepteren. In euro kan je nergens pinnen in de buurt. Als we in lyra gingen betalen eisden ze een toeslag. Geen adviezen of initiatieven vanuit het hotel om het leuker te maken, zoals bij folders tips om te bezichtigen oid. Meiden achter de balie zitten alleen maar te bellen of spelletjes te spelen en hebben geen idee wat ze aan het doen zijn.

Otroligt smutsigt i rummen, ingen i receptionen och när vi ringde svarade de inte på hela kvällen. Fick istället ringa Hotels, som för den delen inte heller kunde komma på någon lösning eftersom receptionen inte svarade dem heller. Otroligt dåligt bemötande. Ska ni till Saranda så välj ett annat hotell!
