We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and, most importantly, its incredible staff.
The property itself is beautiful, our room was amazing, and the view we had was simply wonderful. Everything was comfortable, well maintained, and made our holiday feel truly special. However, what really made our stay unforgettable was the kindness, warmth, and helpfulness of the staff.
From the very beginning, the team went above and beyond to help us. We had what felt like a million questions, and every single one was answered with patience, kindness, and a genuine desire to help. They gave us wonderful recommendations and helped us make the absolute most of our holiday.
On our very first day, we unfortunately had an issue with our rental car, which broke down. It could have been a very stressful start to our trip, but the staff were incredibly kind and came to us to help, including taking our luggage. Their support turned what could have been a difficult experience into something so much easier and more manageable. We will genuinely never forget that kindness.
A very special thank you to every single member of the team, from reception to the cleaners and everyone in between. You are all amazing, kind, and genuinely caring people. Your hospitality made such a difference to our stay, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you did for us.
