Layout villa

You enter the villa on the ground floor through the modern kitchen with cooking island. To the left of the kitchen is a laundry room, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the right is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have patio doors to the terrace. In the middle of the villa is the spacious living room, which provides access to the terrace through a large sliding door. The terrace runs across the entire width of the villa and offers a lounge area, a dining table and sun beds. Via a stone staircase from the terrace you have direct access to the private sandy beach and the Caribbean Sea.
