The Space:

Kas Jacco is a single-level villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen connected to the living room, and a private outdoor area with covered veranda, pool deck and private pool directly on the Laguna Marina.



The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom a queen-size bed and the third bedroom two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, ice maker and kettle. From the living room you step straight into the garden and onto the pool deck.

Good to know:

- Stairs: there is a staircase in or around the house, which can be less convenient for guests with limited mobility, so please keep this in mind when planning your stay.

- No screens: not all windows and doors have insect screens. It is wise to bring mosquito repellent so you can comfortably enjoy the evenings.

- No dryer: there is no tumble dryer, but thanks to Bonaire's sun and breeze your laundry usually dries very quickly on the line.



Guest Access:

As a guest of Kas Jacco, you have access to the entire home, including the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open kitchen, the living room and the full outdoor area with private garden, covered veranda, pool deck and private pool directly on the water of the Laguna Marina. The on-street parking spaces directly around the house, where you can park for free, are also for your use.



To warmly welcome our guests and explain the accommodation and our beautiful island, we personally handle all arrivals. The Sunwise hosts of the property will arrange an arrival appointment with you.



The Neighborhood:

Kralendijk center with the boulevard, piers, sailing and motorboats on the moorings and colorful facades: this is where Kas Jacco sits right between restaurants, bars, boutiques and the departure points of various boat trips, including sunset tours and the watertaxis to Klein Bonaire. It is ideal if you want everything within walking distance and like to stroll along the waterfront in the evening.



For divers and snorkelers, this is a great base because of the quick access to the west coast spots; for foodies and shoppers this is the place to be. Expect liveliness, convenience and the shortest travel times to the facilities in Bonaire's main town: Kralendijk.



Kas Jacco is approximately 1.9 kilometers from Van den Tweel supermarket, 2.1 kilometers from Dive Friends Chachacha dive center, 2 kilometers from Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach, 1.7 kilometers from the airport and 2.1 kilometers from Cuba Compagnie restaurant.



Sunwise insider tip: A short drive from Kas Jacco lie Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach, two popular sandy beaches along the west coast of Bonaire. Te Amo Beach is known for its clear water and beautiful coral gardens close to the shore, allowing you to see many colorful reef fish while snorkeling. Donkey Beach is located right next to the airport runway, providing a unique backdrop when a plane arrives. Bring your snorkel, find a spot in the shade, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the view of the sea.



Getting Around:

Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Kas Jacco. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in to Kas Jacco is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other reservations. Smoking and pets are not allowed in our accommodations, and we kindly ask you to keep noise down at night. Enjoy your stay at Kas Jacco!
