When we checked in one month ago, we were charged $75 US deposit for each person, $300 total. To date, we have sent 5 email messages asking for this deposit to be refunded. It is not pending on our account, it was a charge. No one has responded to our messages and one month later we are still not reimbursed and we have no understanding of why we were charged and why we have not been refunded. This is not what we expect from a hotel.com booking and we are concerned that this hotel is illegally taking money from customers without consent or communication, it’s very frustrating! We would not stay at Divi Divi again, and we look forward to hearing from an employee who will expedite a refund of this deposit immediately
