Layout villa

Upon entering you enter the dining area and the modern kitchen on the ground floor. On the ocean side is the living room with a TV and sliding doors that provide access to the terrace. At the front are three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and a walk-in closet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning. On the first floor you will find the two master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Both rooms have direct access to the terrace, from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the ocean. You reach the basement via a staircase from the terrace on the ground floor. Here you will find the garage with a laundry room, a separate toilet and the beach bar, perfect for enjoying a drink after a day of swimming. The villa has an infinity swimming pool and a private beach with a cozy gazebo. The water is directly accessible via the beach or private jetty, ideal for swimming, snorkeling or diving.
