This hotel is in a great location, everything is on your doorstep. Before getting to the hotel, correspondence was very informative. Room was as described and had everything you would need. Staff at the hotel were all lovely and made the stay very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend and hopefully return one day.

Lovely clean hotel with comfy large beds and excellent shower. Good location for all the bars and restaurants in the square. Only slight negative is there are bars over the other side of the road and you can hear people outside them late at night/ early morning. It isnt to bad though because the hotel is 2 floors up.

What a beautiful boutique! The room was clean and the details and finishing touches were on point. The staff were very helpful, very nice, and spoke English very well. The location was perfect with a number of restaurants just outside the boutique. The main square was just a block away. We plan on going back soon with our daughters and will definitely stay here again!

The welcome was again great, the room was large and well fitted out. The only down would be that when you leave the room and take your room card everything switches off including the fridge and AC. I would recommend this hotel to guests who want to be in a great location and don’t mind climbing a couple of flights of stairs. We will be back next time we are in Krakow.

Couldn’t get a better location to tour Krakow from. Only about 200 meters from the main square and close to Tour pick up points. Good communication and instruction prior to arriving and met with a warm friendly welcome upon arrival. Room was clean a a good size, good shower, nice toiletries and tea/coffee available all day. Would definitely recommend and if we were to come back would stay here again.
