I had nothing but problems with this property, including not being able to get the check in code until two hours before check in while I was traveling. I had to email and call the property manager or company six times before I could receive the code by email.
When I got to the apartment, I had trouble with the lockbox, and I had nobody to help, and they were quite rude on the phone while I was trying to rectify the situation.
The apartment had a very strong smell of sewage smell from the toilet on shower.
When I entered the apartment, the toilets had dirty marks in it. And the washing machine was full with someone else's clothes.
The blankets were very thin and the apartment was cold.
I couldn't sleep on the hard mattress, so I went to the pullout couch to sleep and it was broken.
I got a text from management saying as pair email (there was no email) we won't need to come by to fix the washer machine today.Between 10 and one.. i responded with that's no problem.Could you also address the strong smell coming from the bathroom?And it was just ignored.
There were so many issues with this.Apartment, i'm just trying to bulltpoint the worst ones.
