I was really impressed by this hotel. The location for us was extremely convenient. It was only a fifteen minute walk into the Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and luxurious and the communal areas were superb. The breakfast was mainly waiter service and the choice of food was delicious. Great hotel for a short visit to Krakow, 20 mins walk from old town and the perfect spot to stay in Krakow. Eveything is within walking distance , restaurants, shops and even public transport links very easy Hotel room was amazing and just perfect Amazing staff who helped us massively, by booking a trip to Auschvitz and Birknau for us as we thought there was no availablity , luckily due to the staff member we were able to go. I couldn’t recommend this place enough

Thank you for a great stay, nice comfy beds, plenty of pillows, pillow menu and worth the paying the extra for a larger room. Service was good, staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for ourselves, about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre where the restaurants/bars were located.
