We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The hotel itself looks even better in person than it does in the photos — modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. For a four-star property, it easily exceeded our expectations. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Every request we made was handled promptly, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We even had a small accident where we broke a bottle in reception, and the team couldn’t have been more understanding or quick to help — a true reflection of their excellent service. Breakfast each morning offered a wide variety of choices, all of which were delicious and freshly prepared. In the evenings, the cocktails at the bar were fantastic — expertly made and a great way to unwind after exploring Krakow. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of top-notch facilities, outstanding food, and genuinely welcoming staff made our stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow, and we’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip. A well-deserved five stars!

Although I was only there for a long weekend and didn't arrive at the hotel until gone 22.00hrs on the Friday, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended areas to visit and how to get to them and suggested food / drink I might like to try.

Very good service. Breakfast was included in our room rate. The cold cuts and sweets were all good. There was also a breakfast menu to order eggs Benedict etc, at no extra charge. Two mornings we had to leave early and they made up breakfast boxes to take with us. Just two examples. I was very impressed.

This is a lovely hotel to stay in, the hotel smells amazing and is so clean and really lovely. It is in a great location and walking distance to the old town and shops, restaurants. The bed is lovely and comfy and our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. The staff are all friendly and polite and speak good English. We didn’t have breakfast as was up and out but it looked lovely. Highly recommend staying here for your visit.
