Good size of room, great location, pretty clean however some of the glasses and cup weren’t cleaned and had dried juices in them, the water in the shower kept changing between hot and cold which wasn’t ideal. Some things broken or out of service. Overall not the worse place if you just wanting somewhere to sleep and stay while touring the city but definitely some negatives.

We stayed in one of the apartments for 5 nights. The communication was before and during our stay very easy and quick per Whatsapp. The place was very clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and cooking possibilities. The location is just perfect, as 3 minutes walk from the place there is a train station, which leads to the airport or the salt mines. The apartment is also located right between the Jewish quarter and the market square, making it easy to walk to any place from there. We had a great stay and would definitely book the same place, if we return to Krakow.

Only thing going for this place was the location - easily walkable to Old City. Room small, pictures of balcony and ‘garden’ dont match - more like an overgrown jungle! Two towels (suitable if you are 3ft tall) and a bath mat is all that’s provided - no hand towels or anything else for bathroom. No tea towels or anything in kitchen- not anything actually - supposed to be an apartment - how do you clean ? Not even a sachet of milk or coffee or sugar - get it all yourself! Tablet found beside bed from prior guests. Bed extremely small - pillow may as well just be a pillow slip it’s so crap. No window covers so mosquitoes come from the outdoor jungle if left open. No AC or heater or fan! Highly disappointed

Les instructions pour accéder à la chambre ne m’ont pas été envoyé avant, du coup on se retrouve un peu à la rue mais heureusement l’appli expédia permet de rentrer en communication avec l’hôte… et avoir les instructions d’entrée automatique par whatsapp…. Après votre arrivée ! De plus il manquait les draps housse des matelas, et des lits à faire soi-même et à se débrouiller avec le reste de la literie pour se protéger du matelas, taché et rempli de cheveux… ( problème de draps réglé rapidement par l’hôte, le jour suivant) Pour couronner le tout, les fenêtres et porte d’entrée sont très très mal isolé des bruits extérieurs… difficile de bien dormir avec toutes ces conditions réunies
