Clean and modern room, good location right next to bus/tram stop. Staff were very kind and gave clear directions on how to reach the apartment and check in, they also allowed us to leave our bags in the room as we arrived esrly in the morning.

Wow! Fantastic appartment 5 min from the main square by car. 15 min walk to the main square. Superclean appartment, very nice and beautiful place. I wanna buy this appartment. Amazing place!

The apartment was worth the price. There were some broken drawers and other things in the apartment. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Great apartment for a trip to krakow.

Upon arriving no instructions on how to use in built coffee machine, washing machine, remote to TV which did not work, retractable awning faulty, bed sheets too small for bed, no washing powder nor bathroom supplies, no tea towel for kitchenette . When reached out to owner no reply. When you’re travelling on holidays you done want these issues

The apartment is good, but there were four of us, and honestly, I don't think it's structured for four people. The sofa bed is of poor quality. The location is good; we had a car. The parking is good. We had a problem with the bathroom drain, but the owner fixed it. There are many closets, but they're not organized.

Arrived at the property at 5 pm and couldn't gain access hung around in a nearby bar to use wifi. Couldn't contact the apartment and at 8pm I made the decision to book another hotel, as I am a female and had my daughter with me. At 11.23 pm I received a email from the property with my code to enter the property !! It was a traumatic experience. The reply from the property was that they had been busy, which I feel is unacceptable, as I should had received the email at least 24 hours prior to me arriving

Très bien

Parfait pour se poser à quelques centaines de mètres du centre. L' appartement, aux mille placards, est propre et bien agencé ( il manque tout de même un peu de vaisselle). Le rez de jardin est un vrai plus. Vous y trouverez aussi en souterrain un parking très étroit (sur verrins!), pas facile de s'y garer. Commerces et gare centrale à proximité. La communication avec votre hôte est excellente. A recommander.
