The location was everything that you need for a visit to krakow. The room was spacious. Bed comfortable and I especially enjoyed the high ceilings in the room and the very large bathroom. Front desk was very pleasant and check in was easy. The location was a block from the castle and a short walk from The square. Highly recommend this hotel. Great breakfast place on the corner. Loved this hotel

Amazing room. Only thing I would add is fan for the room. Or central air, but I know that isn't very easy in older buildings. The hotel also offered and arranged a car service to or from the airport.

Lovely clean spacious rooms. The check-in after 6pm was easy with instructions on how to access the property and find your room key. One note: there is a luggage room free of charge and is next to reception. The code to enter the building will still work after checkout, but the website hides it after 11am so take a note of it before your last day if you want to get back in for your luggage after 6pm!! Beautiful terrace accessible from the 4th floor and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Amazing

The room was beautiful, looked exactly like the pictures. The staff were so friendly and the location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance, I don’t have a bad thing to say about the place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Very clean, comfy bed and sofabed, ideal equipment e.g. cutlery, kettle. The shower leaked unfortunately, it did not meet in the middle and also leaked at the side, these were both because one of the doors wasn't attached properly! However, we found a cleaner and she was realky helpful snd ptovided s mop and bucket and extra towels. On arrival we couldn't find the bedding for the sofabed, called the phone number and the petson who answered was really helpful. However, overall a great stay!

Amazing location. Beautiful large flat with great breakfast and coffee two steps from front door. Lovely large windows that we had open all night for a fresh breeze. We loved hearing the sound of the horses footsteps go by on the main road. The only con would be to have a second bathroom or a sink. There were 5 of us and sometimes we had to wait to get in the bathroom. I would highly recommend this place and stay again.

The bedroom apartment is really nice, has almost everything: good location, is ample, shops near by, the attractions walkable distance. I didn't give 5 because the bathroom has a strong smell I think for the drains, and I think if they add a microwave it'll be a plus. The personal was mostly very helpful and gente except for one lady. Overall the hote is good

Do not recommend. While the price, condition, and location were good, I would recommend against staying here. We literally saw no one at this hotel - no other guests, no one that works there, it was even dark in the stairs. Creepy. We stayed 4 days, no fresh towels, no trash collection, and no one to ask for assistance. Just dark halls and an empty building. We also had a problem with our reservation, it took nearly 2 days to reach a manager via text messages and he was of no help. Yes, it was reasonably priced and the room was nice enough, but would definitely not recommend.

The airconditioning was broken during high 20’s temperatures, the apartment felt like a dream Room. which I then spent 2 days communicating with the apartment staff to get fixed. In the end they said they couldn’t fix it so I said we need to move as cannot stay a week like that, and that id like to get a refund for the time not used and for not having aircon. I am still waiting for the manager to respond, and they told me that by law they can take up to 14 days to reply to me. What a lame attitude and unpleasant holiday experience. Go somewhere where there care more about their customers. I’m still waiting for their previous manager to respond and give us a refund

Stort hotellrom for en god pris, vi lå 3 netter på Studio standard. En av de vakreste hotellrommene jeg har vært på, ikke et standard «hotellkjederom» hvor alle rom er like. Veldig bra innredet med fint interiør, og veldig god plass. Nydelige fliser på badet. Flott utsikt over byen, spesielt oppe på takterrassen. TV med netflix og diverse tjenester. En praktisk kaffekrok med bestikk og servise til å lage seg frokost/kveldsmat, eller spise take-away inne. Kaffemaskin med god kaffe, vi fikk 4 kapsler av hotellet. Alle vi møtte i resepsjonen var veldig hyggelige, ga oss tips til utkikkspunkt og severdigheter over byen. God service, fikk sjekke ut to timer senere. I tillegg fikk vi en velkomstgave da vi ankom, en fin kjøleskapsmagnet av hotellets fasade. Vi er storfornøyd med oppholdet. Det eneste vi var misfornøyd med var at sengen var hard. Vi våknet med vondt i ryggen, men gikk det raskt av oss i løpet av dagen. Aircondition var ikke så effektiv, ble varmt om natten. Vi gir hotellrommet og oppholdet 9/10 rating. Takk for oss!

Lägenhet på bra och centralt läge mitt i Gamla stan. Rymlig lägenhet men tyvärr saknade det lilla extra, t.ex. ett större kylskåp, diskmaskin för att tvätta disken (glas och bestick finns i lägenheten), helkroppsspegel och avställningsytor eller någonstans att vika undan kläderna. Även takterrassen kunde inredas lite mysigare för att skapa större trivsel. Annars fin inredning med en lyxig känsla.

Jättefin lägenhet men lite opraktisk

Bra läge mitt i gamla stan. Det var en fräsch och fin lägenhet som var välstädad. Vi bodde nio personer i lägenheten (fanns 10 sängplatser) och det var tufft med bara ett badrum. Det fanns ingen köksdel alls, utan bara ett skåp med te och kaffe. Det hade varit bra med åtminstone en vattenkran och vask. Vi fick diska tallrikar, bestick och glas inne på toaletten och hämta vatten till kaffe och te. Det fanns inga dörrar mellan rummen så det blev lite lyhört att sova så många tillsammans. Den lilla bäddsoffan som var i mitten av lägenheten var väldigt obekväm och huvuddelen gick inte att fälla ner ordentligt. Nu sov bara en person där, men två vuxna i den lilla soffan vore nästan omöjligt. Det var enkelt att komma i kontakt med personal via telefon och när vi behövde påfyllning av kaffe och toapapper så åtgärdades det jättesnabbt. Lägenheten var jättefin och vi kommer gärna tillbaka men då delar vi hellre upp oss i två mindre lägenheter. Takterrassen var trevlig att sitta på.
