Very clean, comfy bed and sofabed, ideal equipment e.g. cutlery, kettle. The shower leaked unfortunately, it did not meet in the middle and also leaked at the side, these were both because one of the doors wasn't attached properly! However, we found a cleaner and she was realky helpful snd ptovided s mop and bucket and extra towels. On arrival we couldn't find the bedding for the sofabed, called the phone number and the petson who answered was really helpful. However, overall a great stay!

The airconditioning was broken during high 20’s temperatures, the apartment felt like a dream Room. which I then spent 2 days communicating with the apartment staff to get fixed. In the end they said they couldn’t fix it so I said we need to move as cannot stay a week like that, and that id like to get a refund for the time not used and for not having aircon. I am still waiting for the manager to respond, and they told me that by law they can take up to 14 days to reply to me. What a lame attitude and unpleasant holiday experience. Go somewhere where there care more about their customers. I’m still waiting for their previous manager to respond and give us a refund

Do not recommend. While the price, condition, and location were good, I would recommend against staying here. We literally saw no one at this hotel - no other guests, no one that works there, it was even dark in the stairs. Creepy. We stayed 4 days, no fresh towels, no trash collection, and no one to ask for assistance. Just dark halls and an empty building. We also had a problem with our reservation, it took nearly 2 days to reach a manager via text messages and he was of no help. Yes, it was reasonably priced and the room was nice enough, but would definitely not recommend.

Amazing location. Beautiful large flat with great breakfast and coffee two steps from front door. Lovely large windows that we had open all night for a fresh breeze. We loved hearing the sound of the horses footsteps go by on the main road. The only con would be to have a second bathroom or a sink. There were 5 of us and sometimes we had to wait to get in the bathroom. I would highly recommend this place and stay again.

Amazing

The room was beautiful, looked exactly like the pictures. The staff were so friendly and the location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance, I don’t have a bad thing to say about the place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The bedroom apartment is really nice, has almost everything: good location, is ample, shops near by, the attractions walkable distance. I didn't give 5 because the bathroom has a strong smell I think for the drains, and I think if they add a microwave it'll be a plus. The personal was mostly very helpful and gente except for one lady. Overall the hote is good

Rymlig lĂ€genhet men tyvĂ€rr saknade det lilla extra, t.ex. ett större kylskĂ„p, diskmaskin för att tvĂ€tta disken (glas och bestick finns i lĂ€genheten), helkroppsspegel och avstĂ€llningsytor eller nĂ„gonstans att vika undan klĂ€derna. Även takterrassen kunde inredas lite mysigare för att skapa större trivsel. Annars fin inredning med en lyxig kĂ€nsla.

JÀttefin lÀgenhet men lite opraktisk

Bra lÀge mitt i gamla stan. Det var en frÀsch och fin lÀgenhet som var vÀlstÀdad. Vi bodde nio personer i lÀgenheten (fanns 10 sÀngplatser) och det var tufft med bara ett badrum. Det fanns ingen köksdel alls, utan bara ett skÄp med te och kaffe. Det hade varit bra med Ätminstone en vattenkran och vask. Vi fick diska tallrikar, bestick och glas inne pÄ toaletten och hÀmta vatten till kaffe och te. Det fanns inga dörrar mellan rummen sÄ det blev lite lyhört att sova sÄ mÄnga tillsammans. Den lilla bÀddsoffan som var i mitten av lÀgenheten var vÀldigt obekvÀm och huvuddelen gick inte att fÀlla ner ordentligt. Nu sov bara en person dÀr, men tvÄ vuxna i den lilla soffan vore nÀstan omöjligt. Det var enkelt att komma i kontakt med personal via telefon och nÀr vi behövde pÄfyllning av kaffe och toapapper sÄ ÄtgÀrdades det jÀttesnabbt. LÀgenheten var jÀttefin och vi kommer gÀrna tillbaka men dÄ delar vi hellre upp oss i tvÄ mindre lÀgenheter. Takterrassen var trevlig att sitta pÄ.
