Clean room, staffs ok not that friendly specially those on the front doors. They just busy talking to themself. Elevators horrible, they can’t separate which one is for hotel guests and which one for outsiders that come and go to the mall. Not safe specially at night too many people, loud.very hard to identify the room #, designs, lighting very dark.

We always stay at the Mira when we go to Hong Kong. It is centrally located, beautiful appointed clean modern accommodation rooms. We stayed in a club access room which was very nice. With happy hour and food available from 5.30pm to 8pm daily. It was open from 11am where you could make your own coffee and have cold drinks. It was a lovely place to chill out if you wanted to get out of the heat. We will be back.

Stayed here many times over the years and always good and a great location. Club rooms benefits not as good as previously when you got breakfast in the lounge. Now got to slum it on the ground floor, which is not so bad, but not as cosy.

The room was big and clean and comfortable. Many eateries, cafes and shopping to do nearby as it is located in the heart of TST. It is also very convenient to get to the MTR station. The gym is well equipped and there is a nice indoor pool which we did not use. Only downside I can think of is their excessive use of mirrors along the corridors with dim lighting. Made it confusing for our parents who are older.
