The room has a king sized bed but the closet is small and there are no dressers or drawers for your clothes. Also there are only bath towels but no other hand towels or face towels. There is no shower caps or hand soap or body lotion in the bathroom.

Absolutely Terrible Stay — Left After 2 Nights I booked this hotel for four days and walked out after two — that’s how bad it was. The room was nowhere near clean. You could see dirt and grime everywhere once you looked beyond the polished photos they advertise. The place desperately needs a deep clean and regular upkeep, neither of which seems to happen here. The final straw? A long hair in my bed and a stain on the sheet. I’m bald — so it definitely wasn’t mine. Completely unacceptable. The photos online are misleading. The walls and ceiling are peeling, giving the room a neglected, run-down feel. And the “king bed” they advertise is just two smaller beds pushed together, creating a raised bump in the middle. Two people can’t sleep on it comfortably at all. The hotel didn’t help the situation either — so I moved to the Langham for the rest of my stay and enjoyed professional service rooms worth the price. Overall, an absolute disaster. Incredibly overpriced for the poor quality and service. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else. Don’t fall for this scam of a hotel.

The room was small, as is common in Hong Kong, but I found it uncomfortable, especially because of the spring bed. Shower pressure was good, though there was visible mold around the water area. I also encountered tiny bugs near the hot water boiler and phone, which was disappointing. I had some issues with my door, but hotel staff responded promptly and were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Although the location could be convenient for short visits, I would not choose to stay here again.

Clean room in good condition with air conditioning. Staff is super friendly and nice. There were some small maintenance issues but the hotel took care of them right away. Tons of great restaurants at all price levels nearby, as well as shopping.
