A lovely condo overlooking the blue Pacific. Fully equipped and furnished by the owners with much attention to detail. The fully equipped kitchen is both lovely and very convenient for preparing meals and snacks. You will want to visit the local Sunshine Markets for fresh produce to include in your culinary creations.

Take in wonderful ocean views from indoors as well as from your private lanai. Watch for humpback whales in winter, and playful dolphins and sea turtles year-round. It’s just a short walk to beautiful Poipu Beaches nearby.

World-famous Poipu Beach Park, Spouting Horn and the National Tropical Botanical Gardens are all close by. Just past the Grand Hyatt in Poipu is a great hiking trail. There are many activities near-by to enjoy seasonal swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, paddle boarding, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, fishing, boat tours and flight seeing aboard helicopters.
For days you feel like staying close to home, you can always lounge by the swimming pool and take a refreshing dip whenever you please.

Nice ocean view condo near Poipu beach. Most of what you need for the beach is included. This is clear in the listing, but make sure you're ok without A/C if you stay here. We underestimated the heat and were quite hot in the evenings.

Great location and close to Poipu. Tremendous view of the ocean. Parking was easy. The building itself is dated, but has a nice pool. Check in was ok, it was slightly annoying to have to pick up a key at the rental office beforehand, whereas most other properties have digital locks to get in. The only disappointment was the cleanliness of the kitchen items - we had to wash every cup, bowl/plate, pot, and utensil before we could use it. The shower head also needed a good scrubbing. Still a good space though.

Beautiful condo perfect for two with great view of the ocean! Everything was very clean and well laid out, and having laundry on site let us pack lighter than we normally would have. The place made our downtime during our vacation wonderful!

We had such a great stay here. It was clean, the location was great, quiet, and it had all the amenities (i.e., cooking utensils, ice maker, cleaning supplies, beach towels, chairs, washer and dryer, even a cooler!) The no AC is really not an issue as there were plenty of fans. It did not bother us. This condo was everything we could have asked for and more!

Noise

Easy to enjoy. Some of the tenants are older and set in there ways. Husband was on the phone by the pool and his voice carries and is loud. He got lectured about that. We’re kind of on edge about noise and such. We are quiet and non parties. Didn’t complain about a jack hammer going all day on the next door unit.

Awesome view!!

The view was amazing! In the first two days we saw whales, spinner dolphins, turtles and monk seals. The kitchen was well equipped except for a cork screw. Had to go buy a cork screw. We left it so future renters don't get here after traveling all day and find they can't open their wine ! Overall great place and a very nice pool area.

Great Location

Had a great stay here with beautiful ocean views. Very quiet area, but walking distance to beach and a few restaurants. My wife's only complaint was there could have been more toilet paper/shampoo, etc...I would return to this unit in a second though.

Spectacular views from fifth floor balcony. Well appointed the kitchen, but no dishwasher. Comfortable bed; good shower. Cool breezes us through the apartment. Would be happy to stay there again!

Stayed there one night and left

We booked the property very easily. When we arrived the check-in was a bit to do as we had to go by a rental agency to get the keys. Not a big issue. It is a 5 story walk-up which was also not the best. The real problem is that there is no AC in the unit. We have a baby and this was not going to work. The only way to cool the apt off was to open the windows to which was road noise, people outside, etc. We tried to tough it out but had to leave. We let the property manager know and asked if we could get a partial refund - to which we have not heard any response. We had to book another room last minute that would be better suited for us.

Fabulous getaway. Thank you. Unit has nice updated kitchen with everything you need and niceties like turtle cabinet knobs, convenient washer and dryer, ocean view with balcony and comfortable island vibe, safe and quiet building among older neighbors, and is walking distance from resorts. Location car dependent.

Popiu view

Enjoyed the view. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans.for cooking. It's an older building and noise does carry when you are on the balcony. A little musty, but after opening the windows was much better. Would be nice to have a sofa you could sleep on. Not real a one bedroom, more like a large studio. We did whale watching from this 5th floor unit. 4.5 stars!
