The unit overall is nice. We were unable to park in the small garage due to having an SUV, we were fortunate to find visitor parking right in front of our unit all but one day. The unit is on upper level, there is a flight of stairs up to it. Inside there is a queen sized bedroom on main level and the king bedroom and loft are both up a flight up stairs on upper level. We found the two twin beds in the den area to be very hard- wicker with a flat top, and a thin mattress on it, we ended up buying 2 air mattress on our own and putting them up in the living room instead. The other beds were fine. The upper level was very hot- cannot adjust the ac. There is a ceiling fan. There was salt, pepper and EVOO in the kitchen, otherwise no other spices. I know it’s not listed as included but just a heads up, as a lot of rentals have a supply in the kitchen that perhaps previous guests had left behind. We did a lot of cooking at the rental, and the kitchen supplies could be replaced, the knives were dull, even after sharpening, the pans were warped and wouldn’t sit flat on the stove and the baking sheet was full of rust. There was food on the bottom of the oven causing it to smoke quite a bit when turned on. We originally booked this unit due to the pool and hot tub looked very appealing. I received a message a few days after booking that the hot tub would be under construction, very unfortunate as it was nonrefundable. The main pool was open but it’s not heated so cold for evenings
