Needs maintenance

Apartment not clean No tea or coffee supplied but have a jug. Not enough crockery/ cutlery or pots/ pan in the kitchen.What supplied was unclean. Room was not serviced on our last 2 days. Reception not regularly opened for assistance even when we arrived at 4 PM. Room needed a lot of maintenance.

Needs a bit of a makeover

Spent a week at the Victorian condominium ,and found it to be s bit disappointing .apartment was too dim with not enough sunlight entering it. Had a so called mountain view room but the balcony was very small and unusable due to the air conditioning extraction on it so all you get is warm air blowing onto you . Plus front and back of the apartment had people rearing chickens so all day you get constant crowing all through the day. Living quarters was nice and clean and cleaners come everyday to sweep up and make bed. Bathroom seemed a bit old and could do with a refit. Had too many little ants in the bathroom with ants crawling over the sink and toothbrush every day. Also would have ants crawling on the bed at night and crawling on you. Not worth the money I paid to stay here and can find much better value elsewhere,if it were cheaper it wouldn't be so bad .

This was the absolute worst room for cleanliness me and my boyfriend had ever stayed in.. It was so bad we ended having to find a different hotel, and loosing out on money we already payed. The cutlery and dishware was dirty, with old food stuck to them. The floors and bathroom and were filthy. And the amount of bugs was crazy. We're not picky people, but this was unbelievable. I can't even put into words how bad this whole experience was. I wouldn't recommend this place,at least not the "deluxe" room we had.

Все отлично, кроме петухов

Брали апартаменты Делюкс с видом на бассейн, заселили на 1м этаже, очень удобно что можно нырять прямо из номера, в Номере было все необходимое для полноценной жизни, все чистенько и аккуратно(по тайским меркам). Минус только один большой и жирный - это фермы петухов по обеим сторонам отеля. Они начинают перекрикиваться и рассвета и не прекращают до обеда, очень сильно раздражает и мешает спать...

В целом отель понравился. Если придется поехать на Самуи еще раз, то остановимся в этом отеле опять. Очень удобно расположен. Персонал - русские, очень милые, доброжелательные молодые люди. Но, номера требуют косметического ремонта, поэтому немножко снизила общую оценку

Nice but too far away

The hotel is really nice if you're travelling with small children and want to hang out by the pool etc and just relax. It takes 30-40 min to walk to the beach or you have to take a taxi for about 2-300 baht (they all tell you they don't have a taxameter but yeah... Don't know about that) the hotel also rents out bikes. Overall nice hotel but too far away. And you get waken around 7am every morning because there's a "farm" with a lot of chicken etc but it wasn't a problem when i slept with earplugs
