Great place!

Nice boutique hotel, walkable to shopping and many restaurants. The beach is very nice and staff was very friendly and helped booked some tours.

On the Beach

Location to Beach, Shopping and Restaurants is key to Samui Natien. Small but clean pool. Service with a smile from the staff. Booked a standard room but next time I'll book one of their Villas.

The hotel itself was nice, right on the beach. However is further from the main part of Chaweng Beach and there was not a lot going on in the area. There was only one beach bar in the area. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was expensive for what it was. The room was very nice, spacious, and clean.

Decent place for holiday

Beautiful area with plenty plants. Hotel situated on the quiet area, absolutely beautiful ocean without a big waves (because it is like a lagoon). On the opposite side of Chaweng you can see big waves, that make your swimming more difficult, but here’s very comfortable for swimming. Great staff and every day cleaning the room. I would recommend a first floor of the building-it has huge balcony and looks like bungalow but bigger than it. Fresh breakfast and swimming pool. I wood come back in this place

Had a very pleasant three night stay here.

The resort itself is very beautiful with a beach access, the villas are surrounded by lots of greenery trees, definitely a place you can kick back and relax or visit the beach. We had booked the villa for three people. Its small and cozy, albeit the furnishing and stuff is a little old and needs an upgrade but it was clean and everything was in working order. The washroom as well was quite good in size and condition. I cant stand a bad washroom and thankfully this villa had a nice, clean one. The breakfast options are quite limited however the food was good, overlooking the beach.The staff was friendly and helpful and even allowed us a late check out. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great location backing onto white sandy beach

Great value for money hotel in good location for restaurants and shops. Delightful staff always wanting to please. Villas cosy and comfortable but a little dark however apartments in same complex are modern and bright with lift so it doesn't matter which floor you are allocated. Have already recommended to friends and they go in August

No Sleep Hotel on the 4th Floor

We had 2 rooms, both on the forth floor. It seems that there is a water pump on the fifth (roof) floor. All night long, every 1 to 5 minutes the pump would come on to replenish water in the storage tank. The best I can describe it is - geeeeeerrrrrr-plunk. Very loud and would shake the entire floor. None of us got any sleep at all.

Great beach location, low end rooms.

Needs to be upgraded ESP A/C and Bathroom. Very dated rooms. Air conditioning worked well but there was a disgusting smell of mold, cigarette smoke and general dampness that was so overwhelming. Tried to switch rooms, but couldn't. Friends room was the same. Staff was nice, location great but room was honestly depressing and made me wake up feeling sick.
