An exceptional stay. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, every area is perfectly maintained. The staff are remarkably kind and always ready to help. The breakfast is varied, fresh, and delicious. The bar offers a very pleasant atmosphere with impeccable service, excellent food and cocktails. Our room with see view was really nice and very comfortable. A perfect experience from start to finish.

Our room was fabulous, as was the hotel overall. The pool area was large, meaning it never felt over crowded, and led out to a really good size private beach. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, changing daily, and the restaurant menu has enough to keep things varied for a few days.

Very clean and hygienic.

It is brand new hotel. Very clean and a lot of security camera and security guys inside. Feel really comfortable. It has beach access and there is nice pool as well. We really loved to stay here.

Fabulous stay at Mercure Koh Samui

Fabulous hotel!!! Room was large and very well maintained. Huge bed, can sleep 3 adults if you wish. The pool is huge and has a great swim up bar and it is right on the beach. Breakfast is included and has both a western and asian selection. The staff are amazing and very, very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stay in the building across the street from beach.The room was nice,clean however lack of privacy if you open the blinds(also no place to hang the wet swimming wear)
