Lovely place with a nice pool, the restaurant have amazing food! Great staff, with transportation option with a fee. The only aspect to improve are the beds, in both rooms we had a lot of trouble to get a good night sleep. The mattresses were very hard.

Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. On-site restraunt and bar was great. We stayed in a pool villa, very spacious lovely tub/shower. Pool was great and pretty private. The location is good but not for pedestrian traffic at all, need rental or taxi to get anywhere. Chaweng Beach is beautiful. The matress was pretty hard though, Only complaint.

Because of the Hotel position , you'll need a taxi to go on Chaweng or Lamai. They provide a bus every hour , but the last is about 18.00. After that you'll need taxi. Rooms are clean, the pool is not perfect

Nice quiet location transport a small problem even though hotel has a restricted shuttle service great pool and restaurant area parking available bed lumpy asked for a topper and was on bed within minutes however it was flock style which even though much more comfortable the springs still pushed through but it was bearable

ROACH MOTEL, not 4-star hotel

ROACHES AND ANTS IN THE ROOM. The roaches were HUGE…the size of my finger. How is this a “4-star hotel”? It is a 2-star MOTEL. We checked in and were checked out 2 hours later as we couldn’t stay in such an unbearable place. The AC wasn’t working so the entire room was very stuffy and warm, the toilet didn’t flush and the shower didn’t drain. The hotel refused to give us a refund for the two nights we booked despite us not even staying there for 4 hours. We checked into another hotel that same night and thankfully this hotel was a true 5-star hotel. Will not recommend this place. You’ve been warned.
