Beautiful, spacious hotel with great view of Mt Fuji (when the sky is clear). The private onsens are great! Amenities are nice and plentiful. However, not many restaurant options nearby (if you don't choose to eat at the hotel's French restaurant).

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Excellent amenities. Excellent private and public onsens. Quiet. Calm. Relaxing. I slept like a. Baby for 13 hours after a massage and two hours at the onsen. Great breakfast too!!! Incredible stay.

Really fun resort with incredible staff and beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. The private onsen were very fun and unique compared with what we've normally seen!

Comfortable, good location with shuttle to get/from Kawaguchiko, and lovely staff. We had a great view of Mount Fuji, 4 different types of slippers (!), in-room amenities including coffee beans that you could grind yourself, and a lovely tub with a view.

We loved our stay at La Vista. Was blown away by the view of Mt Fuji from our balcony even though it was a bit of a cloudy day. Welcome drink + coffee machine in the lobby with a view of the moutain is superb! Loved the private onsens as well. Did not try the public female/male ones. Room was very spacious and luxurious even with an extra adult and toddler in tow. We had a hire car (highly recomend for the Lake Kawaguchiko area) otherwise the hotel does have a courtesy bus at various times. It is a bit of a splurge staying here but well worth it. A highlight of our trip!
