We thought this was a great facility - clean and modern. Beautiful! BUT, you need to walk about 4 blocks for breakfast from a convenience store. Suggest the hotel have a minimal continental breakfast such as croissants, yogurt, and some fruit. Nothing is in walking distance - had to take taxis to go anywhere.

Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious! Way bigger than I anticipate for Japan. Amenities are plentiful, and even a little kitchen in the room (you can borrow pots and pans from the front desk). Has a patio. Honestly this was a nice find, and I’d stay here again when I come back.

本店を予約したはずが、手違いでこちらのホテルを予約してしまい大浴場や朝食が無く不完全旅行となってしまった。 しかし、泊まるだけなら家のような作りのためリラックスできる。お風呂も広めで初めて家族で入ることができた。温泉の素も選べて、窓を開けながら温泉気分を味わいました。 赤ちゃんも快適に過ごせました。 また、荷物が多くてスタッフの方が部屋まで一緒に運んでくれたり素晴らしい気遣いでした。 しかし、浴槽内や浴槽縁がザラザラで洗いの腰が酷かった。これは不衛生だと思う。 また、部屋のウェルカムドリンクのティーカップ等はわかりやすいように上の引き出しに入れておくといいと思う。 部屋から富士山が一望できて綺麗だった。 朝は頂上が雲に隠れてるので午後なら綺麗に見えそう！ コーヒーや紅茶、電子レンジも部屋の外にあって、団欒スペースに大型テレビもあるので大勢で楽しめそう。 ただ、予約した時家族全員の年齢を入れて検索した料金予約をしたのに追加料金が取られたのはよくわからなかった。アメニティも必要なら別途料金も追加になるようで頼まなかった。 本館からも車だと近いので、チョイスキッキンのお料理はおすすめ。
