The front desk personal is very friendly and warm. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. Everything is clean and well kept. We rea)y like staying here when we come into town. The location is before you get into the "busy part" of Sevierville, so it's nice to not have to deal with the traffic at all times.

Excellent check in experience. Clean room. The hotel only provides room tidying and towels every 3rd day. The trash cans around the property were over flowing by the 2nd night. The property is ran down and needs repairs. For example-the light switch in our bathroom had a gap around it leaving the inside exposed. (Wires and wet bathroom isn’t safe.) We would stay again though. It is clean and safe.

The room was not as advertised at all. It said it would have a balcony, but we were on the ground floor. It had a patio with no view. Not only were we on the ground floor with no balcony view, but also the room was directly beside the dining area. It was ridiculously loud every morning starting at 6:30 when a large group went in and ate all the hot breakfast. The beds were clean & comfortable, but that’s all that was. The carpet was disgusting in the room & hallways. The walls were dirty. The sink had hair in it & there was no shampoo in the dispenser. Every picture showed a desk & chair in the room, but we did not have one. We asked to be moved to another room, but were told it was fully booked. This is my 2nd very disappointing stay in a Comfort Inn & Suites. We will never stay in one again & would not recommend anyone else stay there.

Good for a spur of the moment trip

Staff was friendly, the room was sufficient. I liked the sink being outside of the bathroom to help get ready in the morning. It's time for a full renovation. While the rooms were in good shape, the hallways and elevator looked "well loved"

There were stains on all the carpets around the hotel and the walls have massive cracks. Ice machines didn't work on my floor. Stinkbugs on curtains. Sheets had visible stains. This hotel has been trashed by rowdy guests over the years and needs massive refurbishment.

Not what I ordered or wanted.

First floor with patio. No furniture on patio. Spider in a webb behind the bathroom door. More spiders in the corner, above the exit door, out to patio. I reserved a PREMIUM double queen room, and I guess we got is what Clarion’s version of what they think that is. We were a late check-in, due to activities in Pigeon Forge. When we arrived, we heard the concierge telling some people they were booked to capacity. (We later verified this as well, because we wanted to leave, but we could find nowhere else nearby to stay.) Apparently, we got the overflow room that may also serve possibly as a storage room. There was no desk or chair in the room, just the dresser cabinet. I will say that the lobby was clean, and the breakfast was good as well. Also, the concierge was very friendly. We were so tired. We just got in and out, but that room is definitely not what we were expecting. Very disappointed, and we will never return.
