The rooms were large, clean, and well stocked. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast if in a hurry. Great proximity to nearby Dollywood, pigeon Forge, & Gatlinburg. Would definitely book here again.

I had reservations for 3 nights. When I checked in I waxs told there was no housekeeping, but if I needed anything to let them know. There was only one bath towel in the room. When I asked for more towels I was told they were at the front desk. I asked to have my trash picked up because there was leftover chicken in the trash. They told me to put it in the hall and someone would pick it up. I guess theyre not worried about roaches or ants. Breakfast was subpar, at best.

A nice room for overnite stay conveniently located off highway places to eat ( a Buckees ) pool was nice breakfast was good

Veteran with high standards here and I’ve been coming to the area for years now for heavy hiking in the mountains and work. This hotel easily is the nicest and friendliest in town. The price for the room I couldn’t believe and especially on short notice. Well done! Easy-ish parking in the back for you blue collar workers with trailers attached on the road.
