It was much larger, stylish, and comfortable room than any similarly priced hotel. Amenity was very nice and the desert and coffee service was free of charge at the lobby. I would definitely come back!

This was my second time staying here. Even though I didn't book breakfast this time, I mentioned it was my first friendship trip with a friend, and they thoughtfully prepared a small gift in the room—a true testament to their wonderful attention to detail and thoughtfulness. I was deeply touched by how the hotel remembered and accommodated such a small request. My friend was visiting Japan for the very first time, and she said this kind gesture gave her a great first impression. Located in Sannomiya, it was also the absolute best spot to enjoy all the surrounding amenities
